Outpatient Therapy
50-minute sessions
A safe space to explore stress, overwhelm, self-worth, relationships, and emotional patterns. Sessions blend somatic work, emotional processing, and evidence-based practices to support deep, lasting healing.

3-hour immersives
3 hour deep-dive sessions for clients who want meaningful breakthroughs, emotional clarity, and rapid transformation. Ideal for burnout, life transitions, or feeling stuck.
